Key Responsibilities

•Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify, define and refine the scope of supply, supply requirements and statement of work for the procurement.
•Support procurement through to delivery, ensuring delivery of supply to the required schedule, scope and quality
•Support supplier engagement activities, including negotiations and supplier performance management (where appropriate).
•Approach the market including obtaining quotes, releasing request for tender, evaluating offers, and assessing the market’s capacity to supply.
•Manage compliance with procurement process and ensure all required approvals are in place prior to purchase order release.

Key Requirements

•High school or equivalent education is desirable.
•Able to be trained to understand and execute supply chain policies and procedures.
•Ability to deliver day-to-day objectives with impact on the work area.
•Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
•General awareness of systems and procedures related to the work area.
