Build Developer Intelligence capabilities in the Engineering Platform organization to reduce SDLC friction and enable AI-assisted development. You’ll deliver systems for engineering telemetry collection and observability, analyze developer workflows and feedback loops, and create reliable pipelines across CI/CD, source control, and testing infrastructure. The role also involves integrating AI/LLM-powered tooling into daily engineering workflows, improving troubleshooting, and mentoring peers through code reviews and platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and implement Developer Intelligence systems for engineering telemetry collection, observability instrumentation, and AI-assisted tooling.
•Analyze developer workflows and SDLC feedback loops to design testable, maintainable software components that address architectural deficiencies.
•Build and maintain subsystems that collect, correlate, and operationalize data from CI/CD pipelines, source control, testing infrastructure, and developer workflows.
•Write high-quality, performant code to integrate AI tools into daily engineering workflows, including automated code reviews, validation, and incident triaging.
•Mentor peers and actively participate in design reviews through insightful code reviews and training newer team members on platform architecture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,000 - 196,100 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex technical components autonomously.
•Proficiency in Go and professional experience with Python for telemetry pipelines and AI workflows.
•Experience with data pipelines, engineering telemetry streams, and large-scale observability (logs, metrics, traces) or developer metrics frameworks.
•Experience embedding AI models/LLM APIs or automated orchestration tools into software pipelines or system triaging workflows.
