Job Summary

Lead a team of 5–10 Growth Account Executives on Anthropic’s Startups team, driving expansion and retention across high-growth AI native customers. •Deep expertise in strategic account planning and scaling account management processes in a fast-paced environment.
•Background in technical product sales, particularly areas like APIs, infrastructure, or ML/AI solutions.
