Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation, to support timely project completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, enforcing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve conflicts and maintain smooth site workflow.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to ensure adequate and timely supplies for project needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant experience, plus 2 years GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Professional degree with MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials used in building projects.
  • •Proficiency with construction tools/equipment and software such as AutoCAD, plus ERP knowledge preferably SAP.
