Job Summary

Support the CEMEA sales team as a subject-matter expert on Visa Acceptance Solutions, covering areas like digital and in-person acceptance, payment processing, transaction optimization, fraud and risk services. As an individual contributor, provide technical pre-sales support, deliver client-focused consultancy for solution design, write technical proposal inputs for RFI/RFPs, and support handover to implementation specialists. Work hybrid with client-site support across the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Visa Acceptance Solutions products and services through research, testing, and investigative exercises.
•Provide technical pre-sales support by accompanying CEMEA sales teams to meetings, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, and running whiteboard discovery sessions.
•Deliver client-focused technical consultancy to agree solution design and validate that proposed solutions meet client requirements.
•Support handover to Implementation Specialists to ensure efficient implementation.
•Produce clear client documentation and provide technical proposal support for RFI/RFP documents, while troubleshooting client issues during presales solutioning.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, or 11+ years of relevant work experience.
•Written and spoken professional proficiency in English and Arabic, with basic knowledge of French.
•Demonstrable experience (10+ years) in the Payment Acceptance industry.
•Demonstrable experience (5+ years) working as a sales engineer in a technical and commercial environment.
•Demonstrate intermediary programming and scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Java, PHP, C++/.NET, HTML) to evaluate solutions and troubleshoot client issues.
