Lead the U.S. international tax function with technical leadership across compliance, provision (ASC 740), planning, and business support. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, and external advisors to manage the company’s global tax obligations and optimize the worldwide tax profile in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

•ASC740 quarterly tax provision - Responsible for the technical execution and support of the provision process, particularly for international tax matters.
•Tax return compliance – support/lead execution and technical review.
•M&A – serves as the technical execution lead.
•Tax Planning support
•Coordinate with external advisors and respond to auditor information requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.
•CPA, Master's in Taxation.
•10+ years of progressive tax experience with significant U.S. international tax exposure.
•Combination of Big Four and multinational corporate tax experience preferred.
•OECD Pillar Two Experience supporting public company tax reporting requirements.
