Key Responsibilities

  • •Counsel and support businesses on privacy matters to ensure compliance with CCPA, COPPA, and other state and federal privacy laws.
  • •Track and advise on legal, regulatory, and policy developments affecting data collection and use, online privacy, healthcare, tracking/analytics, and advanced advertising.
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive privacy policies and procedures, and conduct privacy impact assessments and analyses of personal data usage.
  • •Manage data breach response and notification processes, and provide privacy and data protection training to employees.
  • •Draft and negotiate vendor and customer contracts and counsel the business on privacy and information security issues.

Key Requirements
