Key Responsibilities

  • •Pack and label products manually or with the assistance of a machine or robot, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
  • •Act as System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area, operating and maintaining the packing equipment.
  • •Collaborate with team to ensure efficient production flow and maintain equipment reliability.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce downtime.
  • •Document issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the packing area.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a proven practical background of applying operational skills to solving production and equipment related issues
  • •Be willing and able to suggest and implement changes that will improve equipment reliability or throughput
  • •Proven experience in operational skills, good innovation skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • •Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills
  • •A “can and will do” attitude with good communication skills and can work as part of a team
