Key Responsibilities

•Pack and label products manually or with the assistance of a machine or robot, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
•Act as System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area, operating and maintaining the packing equipment.
•Collaborate with team to ensure efficient production flow and maintain equipment reliability.
•Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce downtime.
•Document issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the packing area.

Key Requirements

•Have a proven practical background of applying operational skills to solving production and equipment related issues
•Be willing and able to suggest and implement changes that will improve equipment reliability or throughput
•Proven experience in operational skills, good innovation skills and the ability to think outside the box
•Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills
•A “can and will do” attitude with good communication skills and can work as part of a team
