Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain heavy mobile equipment at the Willowdale Bauxite Mine.

  • •Work on either Production roster (2 Days, 2 Nights, 5 Days Off) or Rehabilitation roster (continuous 12 hour day shift).
  • •Collaborate with others while delivering results outdoors.
  • •Support a team culture focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

  • •Self-motivation to work semi-autonomously in a small dynamic team.
  • •Problem solving ability, initiative, and strong team focus.
  • •WA manual drivers’ licence.
