HR Manager (On-site)

Serve as an on-site HR Manager at the Pleasant Prairie Distribution Center, partnering with local leadership and senior HR to support employee relations, safety, training, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment, and employment law compliance. You’ll coach managers on HR matters, address escalated employee questions, maintain HRIS records, manage people impacts of organizational changes, and help foster a strong “Great Place to Work” culture through associate engagement.
