Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, negotiate, and manage complex agreements across multiple business areas and stakeholders.
  • •Develop an understanding of Sika’s products, technologies, and business strategies.
  • •Build and maintain professional working relationships with key departments (Procurement, Sales, Operations, R&D, Technical, Finance, HR).
  • •Provide legal support and training through regular travel to Sika businesses in the United States.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements, including supply, manufacturing, lease/real estate, service, license, IT, warranty, and confidentiality agreements.
  • •Handle corporate, commercial, and product liability law matters; 2-5 years experience is preferred.
  • •Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a high energy level with a strong work ethic.
  • •Must be able to regularly travel to Sika’s businesses in the United States to provide legal support and training.
