Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Document Control Manager and team to maintain a document management system for contract and project documents.
  • •Ensure document control policies and procedures are followed.
  • •Implement and monitor efficient workflow processes, including daily activity monitoring and modifications.
  • •Manage documentation within the EDMS: retrieve files, upload/download, and maintain document naming convention, numbering, assignment, and distribution.
  • •Process incoming/outgoing documentation and maintain electronic record files to comply with contractual requirements, including familiarity with Submittal and RFI package procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • •3-5 years of project experience in a Document Control or similar role in transportation infrastructure development or construction.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • •Preferred experience with SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365.
  • •Excellent organization, comprehension, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
