Grain Elevator Lead

Oversee elevator and office operations to ensure quality, productivity, and safety while maintaining excellent service to farmers and commercial customers. Operate the Smartsoft program, manage grain grading and inventory processes, and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with procurement and buyers. Load and unload grain using loading/unloading equipment, inspect facilities daily, address problems with the facility manager, and ensure compliance with environmental laws and emergency notification procedures.
