Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Provide 1:1 play-based ABA support to neurodivergent children in homes and community settings across Muskegon. Follow individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA team, collect data, and communicate progress with families and supervisors. Help build meaningful relationships while supporting skill development through naturalistic therapy. Part-time weekdays, 4:00–7:00pm, with hourly pay and paid training, plus mileage reimbursement and support toward RBT certification.
