Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain integrated project and product plans in Jira, including roadmaps, Jira issue hierarchies, release plans, and program increments aligned to Agile templates and product standards.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring priority clarity, task ownership, collaboration, and timely status reporting.
  • •Oversee schedules, dependencies, risks, delivery milestones, and project health metrics; monitor budget considerations and progress toward strategic objectives.
  • •Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize requirements; maintain Jira backlogs across epics, features, stories, and tasks.
  • •Facilitate Jira-based planning (backlog refinement, sprint planning, PI planning, Kanban flow), manage Jira risk workflows, and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of related experience (8 additional years may substitute for the degree).
  • •Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • •Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus the ability to create presentations using PowerPoint.
  • •Strong analytical skills to research information and respond to ad-hoc data requests, with knowledge of project management principles.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and on tight deadlines; must obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
