Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customers’ AI strategies and sector-specific challenges, translate business requirements into innovative solution fit, and drive needle-moving outcomes.
  • •Drive the customer lifecycle with technical discovery and demonstrations pre-sales, and remain involved post-sale to guide implementation and meet value/adoption thresholds.
  • •Rapidly prototype agentic/AI solutions during customer hackathons to address pain points in inventory routing, fulfillment, and promotional alignment.
  • •Architect and execute proof projects delivering secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails integrated with enterprise retail data and privacy requirements.
  • •Serve as primary technical subject matter expert for the High Tech sector, advising on omnichannel/DTC transformation, warehouse/fulfillment optimization, and sustainable supply chain initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading end-to-end technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in CPG, retail, or e-commerce, including defining AI roadmaps and building ROI/TCO business cases.
  • •Deep understanding of High Tech business processes such as inventory management, supply chain, trade promotion, category management, or loss prevention.
  • •Solid knowledge of Python and common ML/data tools including LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, and PyTorch.
  • •Strong communication skills for C-level and business stakeholders, including presentations, whiteboarding, formal readouts, and live demos.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s in computer science, business analytics, engineering, mathematics, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
