Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can see them in Carvana spinners.
  • •Inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Use safety equipment as required for the role (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask, non-slip shoes).

Key Requirements

  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to an MVR check.

  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
