Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of agency-led accounts in Vietnam by leading consultative business reviews, strengthening relationships with agency and client stakeholders, and optimizing post-sale performance across Branding, Performance, and e-Commerce products. Translate campaign and market data into actionable insights, drive product and solution adoption through training and enablement, and develop playbooks and test-and-learn frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally to inform internal product and go-to-market development.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow a portfolio of agency-led accounts, scaling them toward mid-market or key account graduation
•Lead consultative business reviews and planning sessions alongside Sales with stakeholders across agencies and clients
•Monitor and analyze ad campaigns to improve results and identify upsell opportunities across Branding, Performance, and e-Commerce products
•Educate partners on TikTok ad solutions and drive adoption through training programs, insights, and strategy
•Translate campaign and market data into actionable insights and share feedback to inform internal product and GTM development

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in client servicing, digital marketing, or media planning/buying
•Strong understanding of media KPIs across performance and brand campaigns
•Ability to communicate effectively and influence internal and external partners
•Strong commercial acumen to strategically drive agency partners toward shared goals
•Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote, plus confidence in campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
