Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and drive effective measurement to support HR strategy, including KPIs and dashboards for engagement, recruitment, growth, attrition, and associate experience.
  • •Develop and implement analytical tools by breaking down complex problem statements, analyzing datasets, and articulating insights for strategic recommendations.
  • •Deliver regular HR reporting such as monthly Human Capital Reviews, scorecards, Quarterly Business Reviews, and associate surveys.
  • •Partner with HR stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, perform analysis, and share insights that inform solutions.
  • •Collaborate on experiment design and analyze the impact of HR programs to help clients make data-driven decisions.
