Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of the assigned airside package from construction through testing, commissioning, and operational handover.
  • •Provide leadership for site construction activities and ensure package milestones and objectives are achieved.
  • •Monitor contractor performance on schedule, quality, safety, cost, and contractual requirements; plan phased works to minimize disruption.
  • •Manage interfaces across runways, taxiways, aprons, AGL, drainage, utilities, CNS/ATM, and operational airport stakeholders.
  • •Oversee QA/QC, testing, commissioning, operational readiness, punch-point closure, and preparation of as-built, O&M, and handover documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Construction Management (or related).
  • •Master’s degree in project management, Construction Management, or Infrastructure Management preferred.
  • •Overall 15–20 years of professional experience delivering major airport or transportation infrastructure projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in senior site-based leadership roles in construction management, supervision, or delivery of airside infrastructure works.
  • •Strong knowledge of ICAO SARPs, DGCA requirements, AAI standards, BCAS requirements, and airport operational procedures.
