Lead DevSecOps and platform engineering for high-assurance software delivery in defense and federal programs. Build and maintain AI-enabled development environments, secure pipelines across unclassified and classified environments, and drive automation, compliance, and secure-by-default practices in a small, senior team.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across unclassified and classified environments with AI-assisted development tools
•Integrate and operate security scanning toolchains (SAST, SCA, container scanning, SBOM generation) as automated pipeline stages
•Develop agentic AI capabilities including tool orchestration, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
•Build tooling to support continuous Authority to Operate (cATO) processes, including automated evidence collection and compliance reporting
•Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters and AI-powered development tools in classified environments and maintain platform services

•8+ years of related experience in software engineering or DevSecOps
•5+ years of experience in Software Engineering/DevOps technologies
•3+ years hands-on experience with Kubernetes

•Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI strongly preferred)
