Job Summary

Join SKELAR as a BI Analyst to build data-driven dashboards that power decision-making across EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, and FashionTech ventures. You will collect, transform, and visualize data, automate repetitive BI tasks, and partner with stakeholders to define metrics, standards, and scalable analytics that drive growth across multiple products and markets.

Location: Lviv, Warsaw

Key Responsibilities

•Build data-driven dashboards and reports used by stakeholders to inform business decisions.
•Collaborate with teams to optimize BI visualizations and ensure performance as data volumes grow.
•Automate repetitive BI tasks and contribute to the development of new analytics automation.
•Define and implement BI standards, best practices, and data governance for analytics across products.
•Transform business requirements into technical BI solutions and communicate results to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in BI, analytics, or related fields.
•Strong SQL and proficiency with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar).
•Experience in optimizing and automating data workflows.
•Ability to work with multiple data sources and integrate them into a single analytics system.
•Proactiveness and willingness to explore new tools and approaches.
