Lead RNG controls and automation across multiple RNG facilities, providing technical leadership and hands-on E&I support. Key Responsibilities

•Lead Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) support for RNG assets, including onsite troubleshooting and regular field engagement with site team.
•Oversee maintenance and upgrades of IT/OT systems including Rockwell ControlLogix / CompactLogix PLCs, instrumentation and sensors, alarm notification systems, and electrical systems such as VFDs and control panels.
•Act as the primary point of contact for all automation, controls, and instrumentation vendors; coordinate work scopes and troubleshoot vendor-delivered solutions.
•Provide working-level support for industrial networking, collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to uphold secure OT environments, and support patching and compliance initiatives.
•Interface with Operations & Maintenance to ensure reliability, uptime, safe work execution, and provide guidance on control system modifications and site improvements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10+ years in E&I, automation, or controls within energy, industrial, or similar environments.
•Backgrounds in RNG, oil & gas, manufacturing, utilities, or other industrial operations all considered.
•Degree or technical certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
•Proficiency with Rockwell Automation software (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View, RSLinx, Historian tools, etc.).
•Strong working knowledge of PLCs, instrumentation, industrial networking, and troubleshooting.
