Job Summary

Lead prepaid program management services and global platform capabilities, and define the roadmap for future program management offerings. Partner with customers and regional product teams to identify opportunities, create detailed product initiatives and acceptance criteria, and drive continuous improvement of core capabilities. Own discovery and implementation of global program management changes, ensure product readiness with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide subject-matter expertise for new markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the suite of prepaid program management services and global platform capabilities, and define the roadmap for future offerings.
•Partner with key customers and regional product teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions (including BIN Strategy, Acceptance, Platform Communication Strategy, and marketing alignment).
•Manage continuous improvement of core program management capabilities using inputs across the business and create customer-ready materials for pipeline and alignment.
•Develop product initiatives and acceptance criteria for sizing and prioritisation within an agile framework, and support development teams through sign-off and testing outputs.
•Own discovery, design, and implementation of global program management changes impacting the platform, and lead global initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product readiness.

Key Requirements

•Advanced prepaid card program management experience in the payments space.
•Intermediate experience with Issuers and BIN Sponsors.
•Ability to create robust business cases that support prioritizing product features and services using financial modeling and qualitative research.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with and influence people across the organisation.
•Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently and deliver impact in a fast-changing environment.
