Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage QA activities across projects and releases.
  • •Define test strategy, test plans, and overall testing approach.
  • •Ensure coverage across functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
  • •Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream systems and ensure deliverables are validated, tested, and signed off before production deployment.
  • •Monitor defects, risks, test progress, and release readiness; mentor QA team members and support performance, failover, and disaster recovery testing.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years of experience leading QA teams in transformative banking/capital markets enterprise environments.
  • •Lead end-to-end testing across integrated systems, including functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT.
  • •Experience in high-availability, mission-critical environments and upstream/downstream test coordination.
  • •Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, plus API, database, and backend testing.
  • •Experience with vendor selection/procurement and tools such as Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or TestRail (automation/performance testing is a plus).
