Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope, delivery resources, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline, ensuring all functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
  • •Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion, including facilitating regular status meetings and supporting SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience and education).
  • •Prior experience working with commercial high-end interior projects and demanding clients, including dry labs, data centers, mission critical, and heavy MEP.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
  • •Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments.
