Key Responsibilities

  • •Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy and manage proposal/quotation documentation and compliance packages.
  • •Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions; conduct due diligence and identify alternates as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations; review Statements of Work (SOWs) and develop PIAs/NDAs.
  • •Oversee post-award supplier performance, drive supplier engagement to meet program milestones, and collaborate cross-functionally with EXIM, Legal, and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance including FAR/DFAR and ITAR, and negotiating terms and conditions.
