Job Summary

Lead and develop a high-performing team of consultants delivering Workday solutions to customers. Build consulting capability, improve onboarding and performance management, and ensure consistent delivery quality and strong customer satisfaction. Partner with resource and regional teams to staff engagements, align skills and capacity, and oversee end-to-end implementations. Maintain deep expertise in Workday products and methodology while contributing to the strategic direction of Global Services.

•Lead, coach, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
•Own and continuously improve consulting onboarding, performance management, talent development, and career-growth processes.
•Partner with Resource Management, regional teams, and Engagement Managers to staff customer engagements and build consulting capability.
•Drive customer satisfaction and delivery performance against quarterly objectives, including utilization and references.
•Ensure consultants follow Workday implementation methodology and support end-to-end project solution implementation.

Key Requirements

•14+ years implementing cloud-based enterprise systems.
•10+ years of consulting experience, including people-management or leading implementation teams.
•Experience working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or comparable cloud-based enterprise applications.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, and a Master’s degree in a related discipline.
•Demonstrated leadership in global delivery or distributed-services environments, with strong consulting and project-management skills.
