Job Summary

Provide technical leadership in flow assurance and pipeline/process simulation for oil and gas and petrochemical projects. Serve as a key point of contact or project manager for customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Review technical documentation and ensure quality deliverables while leading major projects and mentoring junior engineers. Manage key project activities, develop technical proficiency within the company, and support new opportunities and interfaces with key clients in an on-site role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership in flow assurance and pipeline/process simulation as a key point of contact or project manager.
•Manage small, medium, or large project teams of flow assurance and process specialists.
•Develop work scopes, proposals, and CTRs as required.
•Review technical reports, proposals, and other project activities to ensure quality deliverables.
•Lead major projects and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with HSE policy and QMS.

Key Requirements

•B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering, with proven experience in flow assurance and process simulation.
•Thorough working understanding of OLGA, PVTSim, PIPENET, MULTIFLASH, PIPESIM and SPS software.
•Experience mentoring junior engineers and delivering Flow Assurance training, including QMS documentation and ISO audit responsibilities.
•Hands-on experience with well modelling and start-up, hydrate management, WAX analysis, sand management/erosion, corrosion studies, and pipeline slugging/mitigation.
•Experience handling single phase liquid systems for steady-state and pressure surge analysis; exposure to HYSYS dynamics is an advantage.
