Job Summary

Plan and schedule asset care and scheduled maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance and strong performance. Maintain SAP integrity for plant/equipment structures, maintenance plans, task lists, and work orders, partnering with asset care leaders, technicians, and craft teams on technical assessment and planning. Lead weekly integrated planning meetings, support daily operational reviews, and drive continuous improvement in spare parts inventory, resources, time, and materials using Lean/TPM principles and MMS practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with maintenance regulatory standards within the area.
•Identify plant under-performance with maintenance leaders and craft teams and support improvement plans.
•Manage SAP data integrity for plant and equipment structures, maintenance plans, task lists, and work orders.
•Coordinate asset care work requests by ensuring adequate technical assessment and planning prior to scheduling.
•Lead weekly asset care integrated planning meetings and support daily operational reviews to drive compliance, performance, and continuous improvement actions.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proactive, structured problem-solving skills, ideally developed through Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or Manex methodologies.
•Expert knowledge of RCPS, 5S, SUTR, and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) principles.
•Competence in data analysis and business systems including MS Excel/Word and SAP, plus tools such as Harford, Orbis, STRATA, and Power BI.
