Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-visibility on-site customer support through installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex equipment.
  • •Work with customers to develop leading-edge semiconductor chip manufacturing processes.
  • •Create hypothesis experiments and DOEs, analyze data with statistics, and compile reports with conclusions.
  • •Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root cause analyses, and resolve difficult process and customer product issues.
  • •Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve goals; serve as a liaison and resource for junior colleagues (may lead small projects).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
  • •4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
  • •Ability to explain sensitive technical information and communicate effectively.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus among stakeholders.
