Key Responsibilities

•Operate CNC machines and related equipment following all safety guidelines, operating procedures, company policies, and standard work.
•Maintain equipment through 5S and Preventive Maintenance procedures, including end-of-shift cleaning and maintaining an organized work area.
•Load, position, and secure materials or parts using fixtures, chucks, or other work-holding devices per process requirements.
•Review work order documentation to ensure proper revisions and material identification align with shop order requirements.
•Make tooling offsets as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy, dependent on the type of CNC machine being operated.
