Key Responsibilities

•Own the billing & payments roadmap and outcomes, deciding what to build and in what order while being accountable for improved collection and practice payment speed.
•Stay close to billers, practices, and enterprise customers to ensure their reality directly informs product decisions.
•Translate the complexity of how healthcare gets paid into precise requirements for engineering and automation of billing work.
•Partner with engineering from the start on early, compounding decisions about data captured across the claim/balance lifecycle and how it surfaces later.
•Ship foundational improvements in customer-feelable slices, ensuring reconciliation, auditability, and clean rollout gates with cross-functional squad collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years in product management, including 2+ years owning billing, payments, ledgers, or other correctness-critical systems with financial/regulatory consequences.
•Experience shipping products that move or account for money (billing/invoicing, payments, ledgers, subscriptions, payouts, or accounting integrations), including understanding refunds, reconciliation, and balance correctness.
•Have owned a roadmap (not just a backlog) and can explain prioritization decisions and tradeoffs based on evidence from users.
•Strong systems thinking: reason about how money-moving systems fail using objects, states, and transitions and focus on edge cases.
•Technical fluency to read API documentation, discuss design tradeoffs with engineering, and apply AI tools with skepticism and accuracy.
