Drive brand presence in your sales territory by presenting an electrical tools, hand tools, and storage solutions portfolio to end customers. Identify and win commercial customers—especially trades—through new business development and relationship growth. Deliver product demonstrations and training for end customers and trade partners, using needs analyses to recommend applications and expand product portfolios. Travel with a modern demo vehicle and support live application demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Foster and develop brand presence and strength in your territory on behalf of Stanley Black & Decker.
•Present the product portfolio to end customers and drive demand generation via defined trade partners.
•Identify and acquire potential commercial customers, particularly trades and related businesses in strategic target markets.
•Build new customer relationships sustainably within your area of responsibility.
•Increase revenue through needs analysis, application recommendations, and expanding the product portfolio at the customer.

Key Requirements

•Technical understanding and practical experience working with tools, ideally gained in construction or a trade role (e.g., joinery, construction, mechanics).
•A completed trade, technical, or commercial qualification is beneficial.

•Ability and willingness to travel and to occasionally stay overnight when required.
•Experience in handcraft-related or construction-near activities/knowledge.
