Legal Counsel - US Government or International Contracts

Support Anduril’s growing government contracting and international business lines as part of the Deal Team. Drive customer growth by advising on federal procurement law, acquisitions lifecycle, proposals, contract negotiations, and performance issues. Manage relationships with procurement offices, ensure compliance across laws and regulations, and handle matters spanning contract licensing/services, bid protests and litigation, and deal-related IP and employment compliance. On-site roles across multiple locations.
