Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out aircraft servicing, fault troubleshooting/rectification, and inspections/evaluations of aircraft systems/components for PC-21 aircraft at the intermediate level.
  • •Provide technical specialty support in evaluating, interpreting, and determining corrective actions and assessing performance/operational status of avionic aircraft systems and components.
  • •Prepare items for calibration and carry out directed TCTOs and special inspections.
  • •Build and maintain Production Inspections signatory capability for authorised trade certifications by obtaining and maintaining required certifications.
  • •Ensure compliance with tool control and KFAA SAFO, monitor supply issues affecting the Jet engine Elect/Avionics Shop, and prepare equipment to support deployments to other bases within and out of KSA when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive post-qualification practical maintenance experience in an operational flying aircraft environment with formal recorded workplace applied training, or experience on the same aircraft type, or completion of BAESSA apprenticeship (SNTTP/TSNTTP).
  • •A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level (or a technical apprenticeship / suitable equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline acceptable to M&CA.
  • •Relevant type training (‘Q’ Course) and equipment-specific training if required.
  • •Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) registration.
  • •Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and engineering, including human factors, error management, health & safety, and proactive hazard analysis.
