Job Summary

Create and optimize marketing content for an insurance-focused business, covering annuity products and broader firm initiatives. Key Responsibilities

•Create marketing content and messaging to support the insurance business, including variable, fixed, and fixed index annuity products.
•Develop B2B and B2C content across channels such as web, email, social media, video, presentations, thought leadership, sales enablement, and print.
•Partner with product marketing, sales, investment professionals, designers, and stakeholders to align content with business and marketing objectives.
•Define and scale AI-enabled content practices by identifying opportunities to use generative AI in content development and editorial workflows.
•Apply digital content best practices (SEO/AEO and email optimization) and ensure consistent brand voice and regulatory-compliant accuracy.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or English.
•7+ years of marketing copywriting experience, with at least 4+ years in financial services, preferably annuities.
•Ability to write both engaging short-form and longer-form content for marketing channels.
•Demonstrated use of AI and workflow tools in content or marketing processes.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
