Provide timely, efficient client service and accurate handling of cash and transactions while uncovering customer needs. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Cross-train to support sales activities through outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), helping route clients to specialists or branch teams as needed. Maintain compliance with internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures, and participate in retail leadership routines and ongoing training.
