Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform server assembly, hardware upgrades, reworks, and maintenance per engineering instructions.
  • •Set up and configure systems for validation, including BIOS/FW flashing, OS installation, and peripheral installation.
  • •Run validation tests (thermal, power, stress, interoperability, and firmware) and capture logs for accurate reporting.
  • •Assist in root cause analysis by collecting data and reproducing issues in the lab.
  • •Maintain lab infrastructure (racks, power, cooling, network setup, inventory) and support EVT/DVT/PVT testing cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electronics, Computer Engineering Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a server or hardware validation lab.
  • •Strong hands-on experience assembling and configuring servers and computing hardware.
  • •Understanding of x86 architecture, storage interfaces (SATA, NVMe), memory installation, and CPU socketing.
  • •Ability to work with BIOS/firmware/BMC interfaces (e.g., IPMI, Redfish) and maintain accurate documentation of test results.
