Key Responsibilities

  • •Proctor a computerized written CNA exam and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills during practical testing.
  • •Prepare for testing events by monitoring rosters and ensuring sites are correctly set up and cleaned up.
  • •Verify identification, manage the testing environment for candidate flow, and protect exam content through secure administration.
  • •Resolve candidate issues or report occurrences outside company guidelines to the appropriate supervisor.
  • •Maintain online appointment schedules and coordinate candidate rosters while supporting testing sites and acting as a brand ambassador during administrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
  • •1 year of experience in long-term care or experience caring for the chronically ill.
  • •Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs and applications, including MS Office, Outlook, and web browsing.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • •Valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel to test events.
