Key Requirements

  • •Relevant professional experience within UX or Product Design, with scope and expectations assessed according to Level 3 or Level 4.
  • •A portfolio demonstrating strong craft and product intuition, including layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design.
  • •Demonstrated experience shipping digital products, ideally with responsive web and multiple surfaces.
  • •Experience designing responsive/adaptive layouts, component-based systems, and platform-aware interaction patterns.
  • •Strong product thinking and collaboration skills across Design, Product, and Engineering, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate effectively.
