Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead personnel and production activities for the assembly process, flow, and operations, coordinating schedules to meet customer quality and timing requirements.
  • •Direct team work and communications with other shift leaders to ensure smooth shift-to-shift handoffs.
  • •Sustain 5S+ and maintain safety protocols, ensuring proper PPE and compliant storage (including EHS guidelines).
  • •Supervise assembly line operations, scheduling and task assignments, and ensure quality and defined procedures are followed.
  • •Train and support team members on procedures, safety protocols, handle unusual situations/material shortages, report production metrics, and perform root cause analysis for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
