•Grow the practice: Lead and scale Looker engagements across the Nordics, spot new business opportunities, and advise clients on modern analytics.
•Own delivery quality: Set the standard for LookML development, review the team's work, and ensure deliverables exceed client expectations.
•Strengthen the Google alliance: Build trust-based relationships with Google's local and regional teams to position Devoteam as the preferred partner for Looker.
•Mentor and lead: Develop and upskill the data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning around the modern data stack.
•Partner with sales: Connect market trends with Looker features and capabilities to shape client proposals.
