•Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers’ wardrobes.
•Drive sales results through customer connections and storytelling, while demonstrating deep knowledge of brand and products across categories.
•Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
•Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner and reinforce customer choices to encourage return visits.
