Job Summary

Lead development of sustainable solutions that increase revenue, efficiency, and competitive advantage by analyzing business and user needs. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, measure performance, and interpret insights for Digital, Client Experience, and Marketing. Analyze client interaction and improve digital adoption and marketing segmentation using analytics tools including SAS, Adobe Analytics, R, and Python. Act as a project team leader for moderate budgets and shorter engagements.
