Job Summary

Support the People team in Spain by assisting onboarding, HR administration, payroll & benefits processes, and employee lifecycle activities. You will help maintain records, assist with payroll-borne data, explain benefits, and ensure compliance with Spanish labor law while collaborating across HR and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

•Support onboarding of new employees in Spain and ensure access to necessary resources and tools, with compliant employment documentation and benefits enrollment
•Support HR daily operations, including employee records, system updates, and document management
•Assist in tracking sick leaves and ensure the database is updated with information from Social Security and payroll provider
•Help explain benefits to new hires and current employees; support questions related to benefits, payroll, and company policies
•Assist in managing administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with Spanish labor law

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar
•Previous internship or academic experience in HR is a plus
•Basic knowledge of Spanish Social Security, Spanish tax regulation, or HR administration is a plus
•Good data management skills — Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
•Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish
