  • •Design Systems Governance: Oversee evolution of the design language and component library for accessibility and consistency.
  • •Data-Informed Innovation: Use qualitative research and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and navigate data dashboards.
  • •Mentorship & Craft Excellence: Elevate design team output through design reviews, workshops, and mentoring Senior Designers.
