Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; support stockroom standards and safe operations.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to be in constant movement in and around all areas of the store.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
