Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure customers are engaged with a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building daily client relationships.
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans for deficient areas, and highlight growth opportunities.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
  • •Support store operations including shipment processing, visual merchandising placement, daily replenishment, and executing front/back-of-house procedures.
