Lead Infant Teacher

Lead a mixed-age Montessori infant classroom for children ages 0–3, creating a calm, nurturing environment that supports each child’s natural development. Prepare and maintain an orderly, beautiful classroom, closely observe children, and follow individual rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting. Encourage independence through care activities and build strong relationships with children and families while collaborating with the classroom team.
